How I work

You work directly with me — no middlemen, no rotating teams. I handle design, development and delivery, and I answer for the result. Once your site is live I train you to manage it, and I stay available after launch.

What I actually do

• Branding: logos, color palettes, typography and brand guidelines, plus print, packaging and point-of-sale materials.
• Websites: WordPress development that is fast, secure and built for mobile first.
• Online stores: Shopify and WooCommerce, payments, shipping, inventory and platform migrations with no data loss.
• Servers and hosting: domains, SSL certificates, corporate email, backups and monitoring. I don't just design the site, I keep it running.
• AI automation: WhatsApp chatbots, virtual assistants and automated lead follow-up.

Restaurants, builders, clinics, coffee bars, shops, flight schools, non-profits and manufacturers with over 50 years of history. Every project is different, which is why I don't use templates: your site is designed for your business, your customers and the way you sell.

Working with government suppliers

Since 2015 I have provided continuous service to a Miami-based fire and safety equipment supplier whose customers are federal agencies, fire rescue departments and school districts. There my work goes beyond design: I maintain their website and online catalog, administer hosting and corporate email, track solicitations on government procurement portals and prepare the documentation submitted with each bid.

Service in English and Spanish

Spanish is my first language. If your business serves Florida's Hispanic community, I can deliver your site in both languages, the way this one is built.
