These terms cover the graphic design, web development, online store and automation services provided by Jlopezdesign (Junior López), based in Orlando, Florida.

Quotes and payments

Every project starts with a written quote approved by the client.
Published prices are in US dollars (USD) and cover the services described in each plan.
Work begins once the agreed payment is confirmed.

Client content

The client provides text, photos, logo and any other required material, and confirms they have the right to use it. Delays in providing material may delay the project.

Revisions and delivery

Each plan states the revisions included. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately. The website is considered delivered once it is published and the client receives their access details.

Ownership

Once payment is complete, the client owns the final design of their website. The domain and hosting are governed by the Hosting and Domain Terms. Third-party tools, templates and base code keep their own licenses.

Warranty and support

I fix at no cost any technical fault caused by the work delivered. This does not cover changes made by third parties, hosting provider outages or external attacks.

Cancellations

If the client cancels a project already underway, the work completed up to that point is invoiced.
