The challenge. Explain mental health and family support services — psychological testing, targeted case management, counseling and psychosocial rehabilitation — to families looking for help, many of them Spanish-speaking.

What I did. Built the site with a page per service, plain language instead of jargon, a news section and direct contact. Special care went into making clear what each program does and who it is for.

Result. Families understand which service they need before calling, and the organization receives better-qualified inquiries.
